Problem 1. Many Lululemon customers were complaining about how their leggings were not absorbent due to the material they used, and a lot of people would complain how every time they would wear the leggings it would feel wet/damp.
Solution for problem 1- Include more fabric that follows their ethical standards that are more absorbent as the main material of the leggings. Customer's have more preference in clothing that are more comfortable and also more absorbent. Including this type of material to the leggings will result in moving the sweat away from the body and to the fabric surface, where it will evaporate the sweat that you have produced making your clothing not have a bad scent when your exercising or making you feel wet.
Problem 2. The customers complaining the fabric being too sheer which allowed other people to see what under gourmets someone was wearing. It caused the people who wore the leggings to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, because that’s not what leggings/yoga pants are supposed to do.
Solution for problem 2- When the company is creating the fabric make sure the material is thicker. Also before the company decides to put the merchandise in store there should be a wear test. Have clients test it out and see what they like about it and if they feel that the material isn't too revealing when they put it on. For example, having clientele to come in and test the clothing where the clients are different body shapes and sizes would be a great way to do the sheer test. Customer feedback is one of the most important things that they can do, because they are the ones who tested it out the future customers will know the leggings do work and will continue to buy from them.
