Conclusion

In March of 2013, Lululemon had to face a large recall on 17% of their yoga and running pants for being to sheer. The recall resulted in the market value to plummet from $10 billion to $6 billions.

Another problem that Lululemon faces is their competition. Their competitions athletic wear price is significantly cheaper than Lululemon. This had customers complain that they are buying the same quietly as the competitors for a higher price tag.



So what Lululemon needs to do is create products that are going to be the same price as their competitors or a bit lower to attract more potential customers . Once they experience the better quality that Lululemon offers they won't really be upset if the product went up a little bit higher because they know the quality is worth it.

What we learned about Lululemon is that a lot of people like them because they like the fit of the leggings/shorts.  While interviewing Melanie we found out how passionate they are when they create a product and how they are always looking for recommendations on how they can improve .
